We bought two new trailers

With this purchase, we wanted to satisfy our customer who needed a rear hull closure in a triple lid-door combination for material tipping. Each of the trailers cost over 1 million crowns.

"We chose the trailers based on their performance. They can hold up to 55 cubic metres of cargo, which is great and suits us very well. We transport chemical material in them, but they are also suitable for transporting agro commodities such as rapeseed, grain and other granulated material," says Michal Večeřa, the director of Promet Logistics, who started to replace the semi-trailers last year. "For this year, we plan to buy four more. One aluminium, one iron and two tarpaulin."

Who are our customers?

Promet Logistics was primarily established in 2007 as a logistics company for companies within the Promet Group. Gradually, our customer portfolio has expanded to include external companies, which now account for 45% of orders. We want to grow, so we are always looking for new partners.

Interesting facts about us:

• We use a total of 22 tractors (9 with folding trailers, 13 with canvas trailers), 4 solo trucks up to 12 tonnes and 2 vans for transport within Europe.
• We mainly transport automotive components, pallet goods, pig iron, ferroalloys, scrap iron and agro commodities - from grain to fertiliser granules.
• Our fleet currently operates mainly within the Czech Republic and Germany, and we also travel to France, Poland, Austria and Slovenia.
• The most distant destinations - the south of Spain and Athens, Greece.
